All bookings withGulmarg Snow Ski are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or deposit, as communicated at the time of booking, is received. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of any skiing, snowboarding, or related activities.
Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy shared during the booking process. Cancellations made within the eligible period may qualify for partial refunds, subject to administrative and service charges. Cancellations made outside the permitted period, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.
All participants must strictly follow the safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by our instructors and guides. Adventure sports such as skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks, and participation is entirely at the individual’s own risk. Gulmarg Snow Ski shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the course of activities.
Any equipment rented or provided by Gulmarg Snow Ski must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as issued. Damage, loss, or misuse of equipment will result in additional charges payable by the participant.
Gulmarg Snow Ski reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel activities or services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, suitable alternatives may be offered where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
By using our services, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in adventure activities and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India only.
